A bold new visual to express remembrance
Challenge: PetByeBye, a company specializing in pet cremation services, faced a critical challenge: their visual identity and communication did not reflect the emotional sensitivity, care, and modern approach that define their service. The brand felt distant and overly technical, failing to support clients during a deeply emotional moment. My task was to redefine the personality and create a visual language that could communicate empathy, respect, and trust, while remaining contemporary and distinctive. Approach / Solution: We developed a new brand personality built around warmth, dignity, and emotional connection. Through a new system of custom illustrations and motion elements for the website, I introduced a more human and reassuring visual style. This new approach reshaped how PetByeBye communicates with its clients, transforming the experience into one that feels supportive, caring, and meaningful, without losing clarity or professionalism.
