TeamScape is a collaborative digital platform designed to support teamwork, coordination, and shared workflows. The main challenge was differentiation. The market of team collaboration and productivity apps is extremely crowded. Most platforms communicate similar promises: efficiency, organization, teamwork, and often rely on comparable visual languages. The goal was to define a clear brand strategy and translate it into a distinctive visual identity in this highly saturated market.

The brand needed to feel accessible and inclusive, translating Teamscape’s core values into a coherent visual language. From the research, three core values emerged: Collaboration, Inclusivity (a product that feels open, welcoming, and accessible) and Clarity (making complexity understandable through structure and simplicity)

Collaboration was visualized through a modular system. The logo itself is composed of four modular shapes, representing the four main sections of TeamScape. Each shape has its own identity, but gains meaning only when combined with the others—mirroring how teams function. This modular logic extends beyond the logo into the entire visual system: Layouts, Graphic elements and Motion behaviour. Inclusivity was translated into a bold, pop color palette, reinforcing the idea of diversity working together.
