The new teaming platform for inclusive leaderships.

The new teaming platform for inclusive leaderships.

Teamscape approached the project with a challenge: their offer was strong, but their brand lacked a clear narrative. The four core areas of their methodology were essential to their identity. So, my role was to build a brand identity and a series of brand videos that clarified this structure, strengthened recognition, and expressed Teamscape’s mission with clarity and coherence. Through research into their team-development framework, competitor landscape, and audience perceptions, I identified that differentiation between their four sections needed to be simple, memorable, and systematic. This became the foundation of the strategy. I developed a logo composed of four essential geometric shapes each one representing a section of Teamscape and defined by its own color. These shapes became the visual DNA of the entire identity. They grow, combine, and transform across layouts, motion, and video, forming a flexible system that mirrors how Teamscape builds and evolves teams. The result? A unified brand experience where strategy and visuals align: a clear structure, a strong narrative, and a visual language rooted in the core of what Teamscape does. The four shapes are not just part of the logo, but they drive every element of the identity, creating a distinct, recognisable, and scalable system.
